Some tips for pet lovers how to care for a dog's teeth.

Pet dental care is just as important as human dental care. Start dental care in puppyhood.

As human beings they also need :Dog toothbrush,Dog toothpaste whch you can easily purchase the supplies you will need at any local pet supplies store.
Before using any toothpaste on the brush, first use the brush gently on your pup’s teeth.
You may need to hold on firmly to your pup as he might try to squirm away during this process.
Separate the lips using one hand, which will expose the pup’s teeth. Now begin brushing in circular motions with your free hand.
Once you have cleaned and brushed one side of your pup’s mouth, make sure to repeat the process on the other side. You may need a reapplication of the toothpaste for this.
Make sure you thoroughly clean the dog toothbrush and place it somewhere safe in sanitary.
Brush your dog’s teeth at least once per week to maintain proper pet dental care.
Never use extreme force to discipline your puppy during the process.
One more thing: Do not use regular toothpaste on your dog. The ingredients in it can irritate the dog's stomach.

Some more dental tips for your pet :

Feed the dog a healthy diet which is very necessary which will  prevent the build up of tartar and plaque.Remember that your dogs dental care is very important for its further future and older days.

Brush your dog's teeth on a regular basis might be weekly or twice a week. Use a very soft bristle brush and use a toothpaste designed specifically for dogs.
Dog loves bones so treat your dog to a marrow bone. The more that the dog chews on this type of bone, the more build-up that will be removed from the teeth.
Take your dog to his regular veterinary check-ups. The vet can look at the dog's teeth and let you know if he is experiencing any problems.
Allow the vet to professionally clean your dog's teeth if things have gotten bad. The dog will be put under anesthesia so she does not experience any discomfort during the cleaning.
If you see any type of mouth bleeding, swollen gums or excessive drooling, it can be a sign of an infection. You should call your vet right away.
